Exhibitor Guidelines

Facility Guidelines

Any rules and regulations not covered below shall be determined by the ARC Management and Show Management at their sole discretion. The ARC has the right to alter and/or amend these guidelines.

Exhibitors, or their agents, must not injure or deface the walls or floors of the building, the booths, or the equipment of the booths. Nothing will be posted on, tacked, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. When such damage appears, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. All materials used in decoration must be flameproof. Electrical wiring must conform to National Electrical Code Safety Rules. Combustible materials or explosives are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.

Parking at the loading docks except for loading and unloading, is prohibited. Loading or unloading in front of the building, is also strictly prohibited. Violator’s vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. Parking passes can be purchased for $6.00 or reserved parking can be arranged for $10.00 per vehicle. Please contact Maria Saldana-Seibert at msaldana@ucdavis.edu by 9/21/07 to arrange reserved parking.

Per the Fire Marshall regulations, all exit doors must have clearance. All display materials in the booth must be fireproof.

No animals or pets are permitted in the building except as an approved exhibit. Guide dogs and/or service dogs are permissible.
