Installation and Removal

All move-in and move-out of exhibits must be through designated loading docks and freight doors. The main lobbies with the exception of the lobby outside of the venue are not to be used for this purpose. Exhibitors should verify times for move-in and move-out to avoid problems with unattended equipment and materials.

It is mutually agreed that it is the duty and responsibility of each exhibitor to install the exhibit before the opening of the exhibition and to dismantle the exhibit immediately after the close of the exhibition. Installation begins at 6:00 a.m., Wednesday October 24. Exhibits must be in place by 10:00 a.m.

All exhibits must be staffed and must remain intact until the official closing hour. Early dismantling is disruptive to the Exhibit Show. Exhibitors may not pack, tear down, or remove any portion of the exhibit prior to the official closing at 2:00 p.m. Requests for early breakdown will be granted at the sole discretion of the show management the day of the show.

Exhibits must be removed from the exhibit area by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 24. Materials not removed by this time will be removed and put in storage at the exhibitor’s expense.
