Booth Fees
Exhibit space is charged at $1.75 per square foot. The following space sizes are available:

Internet Connection Fees
Internet connection is free to paid exhibitors who have a computer with wireless networking capability. If you do not have a wireless card, there will be a NAM activation fee for internet connection. Requests for NAM activation must be received by October 5 , or we will not be able to accommodate the request.

Labor Rates
Handling of Pre-Shipped Items - If you need items shipped ahead, then delivered to the site on exhibit day, there is labor rate of $40/hour. A $75 surcharge will be added to all orders placed after October 8 .
Assistance with Installation and/or Dismantling - assistance for the day of the event can be requested at a rate of $15/hour (one hour minimum, charged in half-hour increments thereafter).
