For Our Vendors: Fraud Alert

Someone has been using the university's credit references in an attempt to open accounts and obtain products from several vendors across the country.

The credit reference letter is generally an altered version of the one found on our website, and the person(s) refer to themselves as being from the "Regents of the University of California" or "Purchasing Unit, University of California Davis."

If you have any suspicion about any contact you receive that indicates it is from UC Davis, please call (530) 752-0370 immediately to confirm.

This web site was developed to provide the general public with information regarding UCD Request for Quotations, Proposals, and Information. The documents are property of the University and available for download or print for potential bidders. Reproduction of these documents for the purpose of advertising or insertion into non-University of California web sites or web links, that have not been approved by the University of California, Davis, Purchasing Department, is prohibited.

Modifications to the content of University bidding or proposal documents are strictly prohibited unless directed to do so per University request. Bidder/Proposer shall only add to or annotate on bid/proposal forms when instructed to do so by the University in response to the bid/proposal documents.

Any addendum to listed RFQ/RFP/RFI documents will be posted on this site if and when they are issued. It is the bidder's responsibility to check this page frequently for changes and addendums.
